From his humble beginnings growing up in the Toronto, Canada; Wayne has always prided himself on being a hard-working individual that knows having a great passion for what you love to do will pay off. He has been able to share his incredible talents and vast knowledge with so many people and has been instrumental in developing and building the careers of many professional in the entertainment industry

Wayne has been very influential in growing and expanding the careers of his clientele over the past 25 years. From being one of the original Co-Owner’s and Business Manager for Do Dat Dance Agency/ Do Dat Entertainment, where he was responsible for overseeing a roster of over 40 dancers from across the country. To overseeing, developing and executing all of the nationwide programming at ADVANCE, Canada’s Black Music Business Collective, an organization leading the change in developing an infrastructure for the betterment, upliftment, and retention of Black people in the music business.

In his role as Manager, Programming for ADVANCE, Wayne has put on 3 national music industry career fairs, various career expos, developed a “live music career accelerator”, called “Inside Live” with MLSE, Live Nation and Art Haus. He was also the Executive Producer / Project Manager for 2 seasons of a docu-series / podcast called “AMPLIFY”, which features prominent Black Canadian entertainment professionals sharing their stories, journeys and experiences, all while celebrating and recognizing their accomplishments.

As president of Wired Management Inc, Wayne has worked with or consulted for artists such as: Daddy Yankee, Gwen Stefani, Jully Black, Avril Lavigne, Carly Rae Jespen, Shawn Desman and many more. He has also been an integral part of a number of special events, such as the 2019 BMO “Be Great” Campaign, 2017 Live with Kelly & Ryan with French Montana, 2016 Uncle Ben’s Food Truck Challenge and the 2015 PanAm Games Opening Ceremony with Cirque Du Soleli. He currently manages and oversees the career of 2-time Emmy nominated, international creative director/choreographer/director – Luther Brown, who has worked with superstars like: Janet Jackson, Mary J Blige, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Gwen Stefani and many more.

Now, Wayne has moved back into the world of entrepreneurship and has taken the role of Chief Operating Officer at The HOOK & Company, where they are revolutionizing the music industry by creating a unique ecosystem that empowers artists, fosters creativity, and champions diversity. The HOOK ecosystem provides a unified hub where comprehensive support, training, education, and sync opportunities can exist for creatives globally.
